Damage

Hello. For the second month I call with a request to change the key to the main door in the basement. We can't be in the basement where our belongings are. Answer one, wait for your requirements to be passed. You take money for a call but no one does anything and there is no answer. Money for repairs is taken every month, the question is what?! Nobody knows how to wait. Nightmare. This is not normal.
