Terrible customer service. Break agreements without warning. Shut of utility service for less than $100 with ZERO warning. I could have paid the money-now they want extra fees for the disconnect. This is what crony capitalism is people!

This company is not fulfilling its obligations and is unprofessional in its operations, as well as employees are unable to perform the assigned tasks,,, disappears shipments, not delivered on time and false records, do not contact the recipient and the record in tracking status, absurd excuses that do not correspond to reality.
