In Colorado, any left over LEAP monies in your account or monies that Black Hills receives on your behalf, is supposed to come back to the customer…BUT THEY ARE HOLDING $495.14 OF MY MONEY AND WON’T SEND IT TO ME…WE HAVE NO OPTIONS HERE SO I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THEIR ILLEGAL WAYS.

This company is not fulfilling its obligations and is unprofessional in its operations, as well as employees are unable to perform the assigned tasks,,, disappears shipments, not delivered on time and false records, do not contact the recipient and the record in tracking status, absurd excuses that do not correspond to reality.
