I moved and BHE refused to turn transfer my account for gas. They kept saying there was a leak some where. I found out by accident the meter was plugged in the side where the gas came into the house.
I removed the plug thinking they jus didn't know it was there. 1 hour later they took the meter out and said I owed if possible avoid BHthem 188.00.i had them on auto pay for years at my bank and can prove it. I have no heat in my house and I am 80 years old. I have survived 2 years with no heat and am in the 3rd year. I refuse to be strong armed. I have called them many times with no results please. I need help and can't afford a lawyer .I live on SS. User's recommendation: Avoid BHE.
