Cordless stick vac issues

Vac is now losing power and shutting off. The brush stops working. My book says it’s warranted for 2 years. We’ll see about that as I ordered it online and their is no service stores in our area. Will I get a replacement or aggravation.

I would like answers?

I have a flex lithium 20 V black rechargeable vacuum I believe the model number is BDH2020FLFH type 2 Fully charged it will go about two minutes and then it shuts off I can turn it back on and it is fully charged and runs for about 30 seconds and shuts off again. Whats going on?
