I have a string of emails stretching over 5 weeks that keep sending me new numbers to call. Then they tell me they don’t support that product..call the next number. 5 numbers so far. I have finally given up. It’s not worth my time. User’s recommendation: DOn’t buy Black and Decker products. I won’t any longer.
Bought a gardening hand tiller tool to use in the garden and paid around $42.99. Used it about half a dozen times and guess what…… this POS broke just tilling dirt to patch a little lawn area. Save your $$ and buy better. User’s recommendation: Buy a different name brand.
