This company will not help you out once they have it your money!

My product broke after six weeks and now Ive been waiting a month Im trying to get it fixed. Its well within the warranty period. Their responses are always the same someones looking into it. User's recommendation: Stay far away from Black and decker.

If I had read the reviews before buying, I wouldn't have made such a mistake. My slow cooker has stopped heating up, and I have been waiting for more than a month to fix it, and as I understand it, it will take even longer. And how much time did I spend communicating with the support team ...
