Poor service
I went to DNB banka in Lubbock branch to exchange the broken money, where I answered that without changing and that it is not their duty and sent me to another bank, even though I am a customer of their banks. When I first started to call the contact center to find out, I was told to go to the Bank of Europe and also said that it was not their duty. When I start to say, when I know they have to change my money, she asked me, what is the purpose of your call? Then when I started to say I want to exchange me money she sat quietly and said nothing. And until recently, the same incident was with ScandinavianBank, whether the people are really considered so uneducated and ignorant, that is the question. If my bank can't help you, I don't know what to say anymore.
