I too got the shaft. They sold me tickets which were 300% overpriced. I contacted them and got some wishy washy reason of why they do this. No refunds allowed. They must be a money laundering scam. Never again. Looks like lots of other unhappy customers. Good BBB rating? I doubt that.

Warranty device Samsung Galaksy Ase has not been in operation for six months for the first year. (the screen disappears and nothing can be done, just take the battery in) 4 times it was sent for warranty repair, then I wrote a waiver of the device, nothing can be done in Devonport Telstra service, I had to work at them. Advance 2-year warranty if nothing is done and the phone is not replaced. I've heard a lot that Samsung catches mucus, but that's the way I treat customers, I'll never buy again and tell everyone I don't buy from them.
