They promised a district manager will call me with a relative date to receive recliners. Nobody called? I’m giving up they lied about delivery date, took my $500 and now will not even respond. I’m done with them.
the website will void your coupons, even birthday coupon if you edit your shopping cart or add it it. customer service is only during store hours and all they’ll tell you is to wait a couple of hours and try the website agian. User’s recommendation: don’t waste your time trying to make online purchases from their website.
