Return and was on hold for a long time terrible customer service will not shop here anymore and will close out my credit card

Bad customer service . Had canceled my order by phone they didnt cancel it like they said. Call today because got email it was shipped. They never canceled the order and kept me hold for half hour. Dont order from them bad customer service User’s recommendation: Don’t order online with this company.
