Company states they recognize my emails but won’t let me update password because it doesn’t recognize the emails.

Called there phone number and just kept looping around and never got to a live person. What a joke. I’m not giving up. I’ve spent to much money with this company and I’m not getting ripped off just because I’m using a new computer. Contacting them via email is a joke. User’s recommendation: Be careful.
