I’m a vip player I always purchase chips and so do members in my club. I’m always playing it’s not fair at all especially after all the chips I have purchased

Wanted to play reels. At 9:00. They took my entrance fee for vip baseball and never connected me to game. Im a vip player and always purchase chips. A lot of chips. And i couldnt play my reels game and help my club. Please replace my chips and make good on my chips. Thank u

I purchased a new game with one of my credits. I received a receipt for the game. I never got the game in my purchase history. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I’ve been a member for 10 years. It *** me off that you can’t call and talk to someone.
