Pump won’t work

Pump will not come on. The pool fill up good. Every thing is fine just the pump will not come on. Call customer service they was not help

Unable to assemble flowclear sand filter

I believe I may be missing parts. I uploaded a short video. Im not sure how to assemble this product. I looked at the manual and watched videos but Im still unable to assemble. Please help me resolve this issue. User’s recommendation: Yes I recommend.
