I'm very disappointed in the $129 dollar pool that we never got to use. I purchased it on 6/22/21 from Atwoods. I have called left messages and I went online for a call back that never happened. I filled out a warranty request. I want a refund or exchange. The top ring that should hold air so the pool will setup correctly has holes all over somewhere I tried all the patches. Either way I've tried everything so I packed it up to return it to atwoods they said bestways contract with them is that bestway will deal with all returns and refundsthem is User's recommendation: NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND ATWOODS OR BESTWAY.
