Was billed full amount and subscribed when I sent for trial sample of Because trial. I must be removed from subscription and return my money. User’s recommendation: Do not use this service!!!

I want t cancel my subscription but i have tried many times by phone.

I was transferred to a customer service line and put on hold and after several minutes the line went dead. I finally reached someone and when I told her I wanted to cancel my subscription the line went dead again. Very poor customer service. User’s recommendation: absolutely not.

Cancel all future shipping of because products. The Briefs are not qualty made my Always Descreet that I use are much better.

Your Briefs are thin and tear easily. The cotton pad is built up and not spread wide to catch the urine. I do not want anymore of because. User’s recommendation: Always DescreetB.
