Order declined ???

I ordered a couple of batteries at the local Batteries + or Batteries – They were out of stock. Instead of ordering the Batteries and contacting me when they arrive, like the email said they would do, they DECLINED my order. Should have gone to SEARS.
On Saturday 21 October 2018 I placed an online order for three X2 power premium AGM BC1 group 31 12V batteries. Batteries plus very promptly charged my account $1,031.55 on that same day.
