Poor service
2019. On July 10, I bought an inkjet printer in Mkt Rd Brooks store. When I got home, I did everything according to the attached instructions. Nothing was printed when the first test page was printed. The second test page also came out blank, but the printer indicated an error that the page is jammed. I repeatedly tried to remove the error as stated in the manual, but it failed. I took the product back to the store, where the store's specialists could not do anything. The store accepted it by deed vra00005816 and promised to review the claim within two weeks. Printers were bought not as a luxury thing to do without, but as a much-needed immediate device. Therefore, the deadline for processing a claim is 15 days, because you can still use a neighbor's printer for 2-3 days, but 2 weeks - isn't that too much!? A week later, I called rd customer service to inquire about the progress of the case, but I did not receive any specific answer. Due to service and attitude, I do not recommend anyone to buy goods in LLC Mk Trade Rd Elektronics stores.
