I’m out $4900 and I’m filing a Class Action Lawsuit for my money

I lost money, received no furniture, then was contacted by the delivery company HEP Direct in North Carolina and was told I had to pay an additional $377 for them to deliver 1 piece of furniture they had in their warehouse from my Bari Leather order.... Horrible experience continues

Bad furniture and no communication! Purchased leather sofa and loveseat and within a month the decorative nails started breaking off and/or just falling out! Also the quality of leather was misrepresented and the color started coming off after about 6 months. Emails…..no reply. Phone calls….no response. Now all numbers don’t work.
