Looking for a replacement piece for my iPhone Bandolier.

I was not writing to complain. I love my Bandolier products. The protective case cracked, making it impossible to hold my iPhone safely. I just wanted to know if the case could be replaced. The strap is fine, I only need the protective case for an iPhone 10 XR
