Terrible service
I arrived at the hospital at 7 in the morning with vomiting, diarrhea, barely standing. I still have to wait on the bench because there are conversations going on behind the box. I'm tormented there, I can't sit down, it's good to have my own person to stay with and accompany. Put in the reception, waited an hour for the doctor on duty to come and tell the nurses what to do. I was still on that bed in agony and weeping. Ok. Brought, put me two systems. No one notices that the system ended an hour ago. Just wait, learn and listen to the nurses talk about what is better to eat at Oporto. We had to wait 4 hours with the empty system on hand until the on-call doctor came. And when you ask what's going on, how long to wait, everyone just - wait, wait. And those sisters talk so much about their lives, they do nothing,I know much more about their lives - utilities, vacations, dinners than what happens to me. And then finally around 12 came the doctor on duty and said that the infection department is full, I have no place, I may have to wait until the reception until the evening. And he behaves so unkindly, so disgustingly, not so much - there is no dying disease, you can still work on that couch. That was the last drop. I refused any of their help and went home for treatment with the help of my family doctor. And already in the evening I felt much better. Shame from such a hospital. How can there be such indifference.. Ok, I understand, the doctors on duty are changing, etc. , but when the doctor walks past you and says - oh, I'm going to drink coffee. Or when a new patient is brought in - what happens here, how do I want to relax, should it work?! Why are you there if you want to relax. Shame on this institution. Just a shame.
