Need people to know this building and property management are horrible

We are renting a condo/stacked townhouse in Oakville This unit you can hear every noise from the people upstairs from walking on there hardwood flooring to literally hearing them going to the washroom to singing loud as I sit on my sofa. Ballantry homes offers the worst after sale service. Head office refuse to even take calls from their customers or aknowledge their concerns. staff are so arrogant and rude.
