We are renting a condo/stacked townhouse in Oakville This unit you can hear every noise from the people upstairs from walking on there hardwood flooring to literally hearing them going to the washroom to singing loud as I sit on my sofa. I have brought this matter to the attention of property management but they dont care. I would not pay any money to purchase From ballantry homes.
