Poor service

I ask an elkor consultant to help you choose the best vacuum cleaner. As a result, the 'best' vacuum cleaner for 170 CA$ has not served for even 6 months. Repairs only for a fee (35 CAD) and without warranty. To replace the vacuum cleaner with another model or return the money, the store refuses: "We do not return the money and do not change the goods. We did not know how this model is so fragile"...
