Attitude
So, I'll talk about McDonald's work. I will not say the specific address. however, the problem is great when working there. let's say I worked there for almost 3 months. all I have understood is that if you are not "your own" from the circle of colleagues, then you are innumerable and bad. everyone is talking about each other behind their backs. this, of course, is the norm. the problem is not in the manager, but in the managers. Some of them are good at really news of their work. but most of their lowest colleagues blame everything in a row, step on their heads, do not listen, do really what they want and cant. I am ashamed to work in a team where for years everyone is like snakes. the annoying thing is that when I do something wrong, there are big reproaches for me, etc. , as if I had committed a great crime, but I will not tell my "own" about the exact same mistake and even possibly start smoking and laugh together and will obey. is this normal When I come to work, I want to feel welcome there and be in a good team, not when someone constantly thinks that they are the navel of the world and can behave, say and do what they want. and make me feel bad in the collective with each passing day. I don't know if that's the attitude at all at McDonalds, but as bad as I've been anywhere in my work. I understand that work remains work, but there is dishonesty, disrespect, "spitting in the face", indifference, greed for some power (which is funny, it is mcdonalds, what a great power there can be), and sharing between one's own and others is manure. in my opinion, there is an insane attitude. no joy to go there.
