I can't buy a re-ticket at the marshalling yard

I have tried several times before hesitating to buy a ticket at the marshalling yard that I have not been able to buy. The box office is closed and opened after knocking several times 3 minutes before the train leaves, when there is no possibility to get on the train and buy a ticket on the train for the full price
