Ignoring Visitors
Hello! my son and I went to the cartoon New York Plaza Multikino on December 30. Well, as it should be on weekends, I thought I'd take the little pizza for lunch, but I was very disappointed. Already entering the pizzeria for the 1st round no one was happy, for the 2nd round we sat for 10 minutes no one even came and did not bring the menu, although I was not alone, as I mentioned, I had a child up to 4 years old, who was not very quiet, so I could not be talk that I could have gone unnoticed. I think maybe sit closer to the "Cashier "itself, maybe then there will be some result, but nothing. The waiters walked past us with stone faces, no kind smiles, no attitudes. we sat down for a while without receiving any interest, I decided to leave, because the child also constantly asks when mom will finally eat. I don't understand one, the space there is quite small so that you don't notice the people entering it. I would recommend management to reconsider the staff who worked at the place that day, this attitude is not acceptable...
