Usually I enjoy the Veraco or Collection DArt quickpoint pillows. I have done about 15 and this has been my first problem. My complaint though is with The Stitcherys customer service. If you call for replacement threads you are routed out if the store and into a center where the person I spoke to had poor English....

Somehow I got signed up for the VIP program which automatically charged me $15.94 …for 10 months. I finally noticed this small charge on my credit card and had to call to cancel it . Clearly a tax on the clueless like me but still unfair
Right after I ordered from The Stitchery my debit card information was stolen and used to order food items in Maryland and Canada. Luckily my bank put a hold on my card before there was too much damage. I will never order from this company again. They never responded to my inquiry into their website being insecure....
