Incompetence
The service is impressive (rooms, lifts, etc... but only visually!) (in Slavic called Sharaskina office) Attitude and service under any criticism! Arriving with the MAZDA 3 ignition problem, a defect was quickly concluded, a replacement of the starter is required (150USD exchange for the old one) OK. agreed, after 24 hours, the correction... it does not work, another 24 hours and 250USD.I refuse! put the old back, took 35USD (diagnostics and some kind of wire soldering) on arrival at home I conclude that the engine room there is a lack of decorative elements (engine deck) On the question of where are the men smiling in the box drinking coffee and dropping a detail on the table... but please do not apologize........... something went wrong (sometimes too bad for such a close service)
