my worst decision

Switching to them was the worst decision I've made this year. What a terrible service and company in general. It took me a long long time. During this time I regretted I started dealing with them. Service

I wanted to buy a new laptop. I went to RD's website and watched, at least at that moment, a great computer. It was very quick to order the product directly to the nearest AZ Store, which was located on Third Street, next to the D-bridge. The problems started when I went after the computer. There I was greeted by a saleswoman, a Italian woman who spoke Canadian rather sadly and could not understand a word from what she said. And then I thought... if you already work in a store and meet people every day, including Canadians, it is worth learning the English language at a slightly higher level. Later, my laptop turned off after 4 days of use, for no reason. And so my problems begin. I went back to this store, asked to return the money. How Christmas was approaching, saidthat the examination will last, but it will take about 15 days. I received the message after about 25 days, with a request to extend the warranty period. After another 4 days I received the final answer. Positively, it was positive for me, and the money I received. But I didn't expect that kind of service!
