I received an email stating that the flight has been canceled. Called for rebooking with the voucher and was told they can not use it passed June 30th,2020. Because your going by the purchased date not the actual Departure and Return date. They have always traveled at the end of June tru end of July for years....

My itinerary was changed due to Covid 19 and I want a refund since I can’t travel the dates they are changing my flight. I have called them and I have tried to call JustFly and no one will help me. User’s recommendation: Don’t purchase from Avianca or JustFly.

I don’t like to change airplanes when I go to visit my siblings in NY, so I try to buy Avianca tickets – they go straight to my destination. They are expensive though, so it takes me a while to find an affordable one. Their food is good too, not the best but I can’t complain.
