I hate availity.

Availity is a horrible app. The UI is terrible at best., The folks that wrote the code obviously don’t have to use their product.
Availity RCM is an awful clearing house! The most confusing, redundant and crap shoot of a system! Trying to get assistance is near to impossible! I have to call insurance companies directly and pray they will speak to me or I am left in tears because Availity RCM is horrible to deal with.
Now that Availity has captured most carriers business and the people working in the healthcare industry must rely on Availity for multiple functions and the website is down more than ever, this completely halts any progress which is an unbearable hindrance to physicians practices and billing services. TERRIBLE or should I say NO customer service available.
As per Humana insurance, you must to enroll with Availity in order to get EFT/ERA. Availity approved our request for EFT, but we were still getting paper checks. When I called to Availity, I was told that the problem is not them, that I need to contact Humana directly….
You wait on line and this is 30-40 minutes and then they pick up the phone and hang up on you! No help at all and you are trying to process consumer claims and they think it is all our fault the claims cannot get paid. We go from Anthem and they send you to Availity and... Read more➤
