Awful, no humans, and they want a ridiculous amount of personal information, more than I have ever experienced it actually made me very uncomfortable. User’s recommendation: don’t join this.

Availity is now requiring a two step authentication method with restricted methods for doing so. We CAN’T GET IN WITH THEIR OPTIONS. Deal with Availity. I didn’t train as a therapist to have the nonentities on a bill paying service run me through their wringer dealing with their timewasting demands just to get paid a few dollars by Aetna. I hope Aetna goes bust for their stupidity in hiring Availity. User’s recommendation: Run from Availity and Aetna.
