Denies receiving a payment!

In short, I make the payment to their account, because I did not pay my mobile bill on time due to the bank transfer. Then they are trying to impress me that my transfers have not been received, but the bank statement shows that the payment has been successfully executed, I made the payment within one bank! Where should I go so that I do not have any more problems with such offices? I'm facing this situation for the first time!
