Controllers' work

Hello, I and many other residents of Oakland are late for work because the controls enter the Victory Monument and check the vouchers on the spot, not all while driving! So we can't switch to another transport on Akmens Street, because it's already gone! And it happens often! I want to recommend controllers drive along the route and not all cause inconvenience to passengers. Yours sincerely.Sandra
