I already have one Vodafone phone number in my name that my mom uses (75), as the company I use the phone has switched to another operator (to Biti), I wanted to keep the phone number and the operator because there is no complaint about the services, I chose to stay at Vodafone, 07. 10. I went to switch the contract in my name, I was asked if I want to receive the bill for both numbers together or separately, I chose the total bill (ERROR!). On October 22, a text message arrived about an unpaid bill of 4. 00 (four) dollars and on October 29, ABI phones were disconnected. The question why this phone was turned off, for which no invoice has been received at all, was answered because the other number has a debt, when I explain that the bill was paid by post, the answer was, the amount will arrive in 4-5 days, then connect!the answer to the question of whether it is now possible to now receive a separate bill for each phone was No No! It is not possible to choose another operator, because the mother has only a Vodafone zone in the countryside. Thus, an old person in the countryside and a disabled person of the 2nd group will be without communication for 5 days.
