Warranty repair

I would like to warn everyone that Mobiland Canada Ltd. is a fraudster! I bought an i-roobot from an online store, after a while it broke, it started working very loudly and the side squeegee stopped working. As I had a warranty on this device, I took it for warranty repair. After 2 weeks, I received an SMS saying that I needed to contact Mobiland. I called and was told that the warranty would be denied because the side squeegee engine had burned due to heavy dirt and the waste turbine had broken. Mobiland offered me to repair these damages for a fee, when I asked how much it would cost, I answered - 90.00 CAD. I did not agree to paid repairs, because at home on the floor, except for cat feathers, there is no other dirt, moreover, when you turn on your i-roobot, the whole floor is always freed from all unnecessary objects (slippers, mats, etc.),so that nothing interferes with the free movement of the device as instructed. As well as the instructions state that it is intended for collecting animal feathers, for this purpose I also purchased this product. Therefore, I wrote an official application to the seller asking to pay for the repair of the damaged equipment or to replace it with a new one, after 10 days I received a reply stating that the product will not be replaced and will not pay me for repairs, because they have contacted Mobiland service and found out that the fault in the device is due to my fault, as I mentioned above, due to the large amount of dirt (despite the fact that the device is intended for this purpose). In addition, this letter included photos taken by the Mobiland service after they had dismantled my i-roobot. Another time to make fun of me,The letter included instructions on how to properly clean the i-roobot :-). I went to the Mobiland service to get my device back, of course she had to be repaired, but in principle I didn't do it with them. I believe that if a person buys such an expensive device for a specific purpose and if it is used according to the instructions, but still something breaks it must work under warranty. When I left Mobiland, I immediately took my i-roobot to the service center at the official i-roobot representatives in Canada. I showed them a letter of withdrawal from the Mobiland service and the photos they took. People at this service center were shocked that I was denied warranty repair because it was not my fault that these technical problems occurred. They offered to replace the side squeegee engine and garbage turbine immediately on site, but regretted that the repair would be a paid service because I had not purchased the product from their official distributors, but if I had bought it from them, the repair would have been free. I agreed to a paid repair, so I asked how much it would cost me! The master answered me that it would cost 60.00 CAD. 60.00 CA$ not everything 90.00 CAD, as at Mobiland! Then the master took my i-roobot to the workshop to replace these parts. After 5 minutes, it was back and said that the engine was running when he unscrewed the device, there was a small tuft of feathers at the engine, which he removed and everything started to work, both the engine and the turbine. Nothing had to be changed and nothing had to be paid! My i-roobot was also unscrewed in the Mobiland tool, because otherwise they would not have been able to take the photos that were sent to me! Couldn't they really remove that tuft of feathers and give me a working device? The bottom line is that they didn't do it specifically, thinking I would agree to a paid repair. The Mobiland service master would remove a tuft of feathers for 90.00 CAD, but write in the service book that all parts have been replaced with new ones and I would never know in my life that nothing has changed, because only logically that I would not unscrew the device worked! All the cleanest FRAUD! I do not recommend anyone to turn to this service! If you have a guarantee against these fraudsters, never agree to paid repairs, take it to another service to repair your devices, you may not need to repair anything, as in my case, but if there is really damage, then repairs elsewhere will definitely cost you less. I came to the conclusion that the equipment should be purchased only from official distributors, who always guarantee quality, free warranty repairs.
