Technician talked nasty,and was indifferent. Wanted me to pay all the moey up front, but only wnated to give me 1/2 the service.Call me at the last minute to tell me that they were going to be late.

Absolutely terrible. They came one time to fix a leak in my swimming pool. The leak pool was still leaking. Came back again but pool was still leaking. THANKS FOR NOTHING USAA.. don’t forward this company!

Told we had to get an inspection by USAA, the American Leak Detection company report was incorrect, did not represent NC housing codes, and cost almost $1,000! Total rip off and the inspector stood in my home and lied to my face! Thank goodness we reviewed the report with a licensed NC contractor! Stay away from this... Read more➤

Still have leak, they wanted more money to fix.

Was recommended by a neighbor to have them check our pool for a leak, $300+. They came out and “pressure tested” and said it was 1 of 4 jets. Said they needed to replace the jet. They didn’t replace the jet but claim it was fixed. Spent $850 Pool still leaks. Now they claim 2 more jets... Read more➤
