Warranty Repair Disclaimer
So, my modern Moisture-proof phone was exposed to moisture and refused to work with the Touch Screen. I gave the phone for warranty repair, of course, after a few days I received a refusal for free repair. The refusal was not even announced - neither in the form of an SMS nor a call, but I came across it by entering the IMEI code on the website (because I was tired of waiting for someone to finally call me) and I started calling the people myself because I saw the status- Waiting for an answer from customer. When I found out that the warranty repair was denied, I was surprised. Most of the amount I would have to pay if I agreed to repair it. So, the phone itself, a new one, AuMobile, cost about 380Eur a year ago, but I was asked for -450Eur for repairs. Does this seem like an adequate amount to anyone? Wasn't it cheaper to give me a new one right now than to repair a year-old one? Ha, ha, all you have to do is laugh. What was then shown in the warranty - of course, it's my fault that I didn't close the phone cover and they did a moisture test and the phone passed it. From this experience, I can say that such Warranties do not make sense, because when you come across it, you are blamed and they avoid repairing the phone. (Both already wanted to take another / new one to them). But now the trust is lost in AuMobile, because the most interesting thing is that I pampered my phone a lot and kept it in all sorts of covers so that no scratches would appear on the case or screen, and accordingly, when I put the covers on, I couldn't put which is not closed. And already presented asthat without little or every day I make and gut the phone case out. Although how often do we do it 1x to insert the SIM and SD card? And it is logical that after inserting it, we usually check carefully whether it is closed! Now the word Guarantee is in my opinion - the company that offers it will turn out so that, of course, you will be to blame yourself and you will have to pay extra.
