Update by user May 30, 2021 The paper was not delivered for the 6th consecutive Sunday even after speaking directly with a representative on Friday and was reassured that I would have a paper today. As a result I have canceled my subscription after being a customer for 30 years.Problem Solved not neccarily resolved. Original review posted...

In March 2020 I subscribed for 1 year at a promo rate and paid in full by credit card. I asked that once payment was ran under card to take the card off file. In September, we moved and did a change of address. This was within local area. I did not receive paper on scheduled date...

I didnt get Sunday paper. Called customer rep &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; was told they would request a delivery. Now waiting on paper.
