Poor service

I ordered cheese burgers 5 without onions, as a pregnant woman I could smell onions once, but I think maybe I just shrugged when I opened the burgers open in each was a crypt onion. It seemed that the onions were pulled out of the burgers, not new burgers were made. This is not the first time. I live far enough to drive and complain.
