Poor Service

Hello. Today we placed an order via the Internet. First, the check was not put to sleep. Served at the box woman at blonde hair. Behaved very brutally, customers were voiced against us for not speaking into the microphone, although we had nothing to do with the order through the microphone. I also didn't stop the car at the microphone. What are the rights to raise a voice against a client?
