I bought a coffee machine, but in the first week I realized that the machine is working very loudly and the metal filter is not working properly (in a mug) very much coffee particles remain). I decided to exercise my rights and return the product within 14. days. I brought it clean, tidy and in the whole original packaging, but in the gertrudes street store the consultant perceived it hostile, did not want to hear about the possibility of returning the 14th day, offered to return it to the service, but there can be no question of returning the money. Does a direct 110.shop store have its own laws and the consumer rights law did not apply to them? Fuj!
