Hello! I would like to draw the attention of DNB customers to the improper actions of the bank in my opinion. The case was as follows: an account was opened with DNB Bank more than eight years ago. As of 2008, absolutely no operations were performed with this account because it was practically empty. Now in 2018, DNB banka receives a statement that a debt has been accumulated for account servicing. The question why the bank has not closed this account, if it is stated in the terms and conditions of account servicing and cards developed by the bank itself. The Bank has the right to terminate the card if the account to which the card is linked is blocked or operations with funds in this account are otherwise restricted or suspended. Clause 9.5.1 states that that the bank has the right to close the account, if the customer-natural person has not performed operations on the account on the basis of the customer's payment order for 12 (twelve) months and there is no credit balance in the account. Now questions arise: why the bank did not exercise its rights and did not close the account, but accumulated debt and then recovered from the client. Why the bank will not contact the client before such a debt has begun to arise? However, the customer can be asked whether or not to use this account. It seems that DNB banka is not working for its customers and their values, but that the customer is simply the one from whom they need to steal more money as much as possible. Dear DNB banka customers, be careful. and if there is still such a situation, I recommend closing the account with DNB bank as soon as possible.
