People selling your products as a business when they get the stuff free using your coupons

It is legal for people to use your products after they get them FREE using coupons to make a living? I dont know if you know it but there are tons of people doing just that on facebook’s Marketplace page.

Replacement door for litter box

I recently purchased an Arm & Hammer litter box. The plastic pin that holds on door broke. I called Arm & Hammer for replacement. The customer service rep said she was unable to find product, even after I provided UPC code. Therefore, I didn’t get a replacement.
