Yelled at me. And never was sent paper work or email messaging. Should be some one in the company who oversees this issue affecting their company User’s recommendation: good if corporate knows the problems going on with their company. Need feedback from the company.

The only way to ask questions of CCS is via the phone. When it’s auto answer picks up, it tells you your wait is 2 minutes. An hour and 50 minutes later you’re still waiting. Zero accountability from staff. Poor customer service. They outright lie to you on the phone to get you off the phone.
