The State Labor Inspectorate is a corrupt institution. labor protection laws. people work 12 hours. The total number of hours per month exceeds 22 hours. holiday day non-payment, overtime non-payment 'part of the money is paid envelopes' night hour non-payment. welders must breathe harmful emissions because forced ventilation is not provided. but when you come to the call of the State Labor Inspectorate, then the required staff sign a document that they are employed only 8 hours a day-160 hours a month.
