Hello. I am writing to draw the attention of the management of this store, which is Mexicon, to the sales style of the product and the deliberate concealment and non-publication of the customer's feedback on the product. I ordered an amaza sofa from this online store 110.shop. I received the sofa well packaged in both film and cardboard, everything is fine. 5 Stars. Unpacking it, I saw a really good quality fabric, which, comparing what was written on the 110.shop website, could be ranked in the quality of ii or at least iii category fabrics. It is not clear from the information expressed on the website of the online store - which category the fabric really corresponds to, but the indicated information on abrasion or abrasion resistance according to the martindale scale is mentioned with 2 digits in both 50000 and 100000 cycles. Hmm.So how exactly is the sofa I ordered and bought wear-resistant? As for how unclear, I wrote a question to the online store. The answer was that there were 100, 000. The same goes for the weight of the sofa - 57kg (photo) is indicated on the original packaging, but on the website the description of the product mystically shows 90kg. The same goes for the sofa sleeping width: 136cm is mentioned on the website, but it was actually 132cm. So I have already found three discrepancies with the actual ones. The description on the website mentioned that the sleeping area may have a production lag of +/- 4cm. But I believe that it is just a marketing ploy to attract the attention of a potential buyer to the supposedly "wide" sofa. You can barely sleep on the sofa for two, provided both are thin. I removed 6. pcs. "new" plastic legs of the sofa (2 pcs. 12 cm long and 4 pcs. 10 cm long), the bottoms of which were scratched, even with millimeter - deep grooves (photo), there was a feeling that someone had unscrewed them from a sofa that had been used for a couple of years, pushed out and just decided to scoff at the buyer. I saw oily or dirty hand-stained stains on the side of the linen box, which did not look attractive and when I looked more closely at the fabric of the sofa itself, at least two smaller stains were noticeable, the origin of which was not difficult to guess, so my impression of other masters of the Polish furniture factory tidy and accurate employees who care about the quality of the furniture provided already remained negative. The glued decorative edging with a white adhesive strip is so fragile that it crumbles instantly when touched. The human factor. In a hurry. Superficiality. Conveyor work. I invited another person to confirm that my eye is really not disappointed. We even put a spirit level that confirmed this fact (photo). There was no doubt about the level of the floor as soon as the laminate was installed in the room, and the bitterness about the quality of the sofa remained even higher. When the sofa was opened in the sleeping position, the middle legs of the sofa remained hanging in the air (photo). No comments... Question - is the price paid for this sofa adequate to the quality of the product? At this price, can a manufacturer in Poland and a distributor in United Kingdom afford to offer such a visually Beautiful, but relatively low quality product, thus advertising themselves? By the way, there was another negative, 2-star review about this sofa, which has already mysteriously disappeared from the 110.shop website, but instead suddenly appeared two other reviews from Mexicon buyers from previous years (even 2019), without pictures that create reasonable doubts about the circulation of true and objective information on the 110.shop website! It seems that the website administrator and the management of the online store are simply trying to get rid of all the bad complaints, which they do not hide and write on the website that they have the right to evaluate the content of provided reviews and reserve the right not to publish offensive reviews. But I emphasize that my review was correct, objective, based only on facts, submitted to 110.shop together with pictures of the defect and there were no offensive words. I recommend 110.shop to evaluate more carefully what product to sell in your store in order not to disappoint buyers and not damage your reputation, as well as not to deliberately delete negative reviews in order to maintain objectivity! And also don't believe everything they write on their chaotic website and their own false positive reviews. And remember - almost everywhere where the management of the company has been taken over by the people, nothing good can be expected there! I have encountered enough of this problem and attitude to draw the following conclusions. It is characterized by an aggressive, cheeky, and often false information-based management and sales style. As compensation for the defective sofa I bought, in response to my feedback, the store management gave me an additional 50 dollars of virtual money for other purchases in their store. It's nice, of course, but this noble gesture is reminiscent of stuffing your mouth or the pain of money. But the question is - will my family really ever want to order something from the store 110.shop... I wonder. December 30, 2020.
