Service connection

After several years of waiting and promises from Optus when it will be possible to connect to the Internet, nothing happens either. Also calling them today, after checking the availability of the service again said when it is not possible, however they were not ready to arrive even when we could shoot a specialist outing. Because we know when it is possible to connect, but it is difficult for them to come. I don't see any interest from them.
