Poor service
I left the Station Oakland on 18.04.2019 16:19. On the way to Leva. Let's go with my girlfriend. Seats 1 and 3 were indicated. In the second seat, a woman was sitting with her and I asked or I could change so that I could sit with my girlfriend. Mrs kindly agreed. At the start of the trip, when the ticket controller came to us, the lady started talking over the years that she had dropped documents due to ventilation. The controller watched and left. Said nothing can be done. After a while came with a screwdriver. We were made to get up and squat on the knees threw a screw. Did not meet, after a while returned in pairs with another ticket controller and was again expelled.We stood with my girlfriend in the car for 15min. Then we, speaking in foreign, told us to come. A woman entered Koknese who claimed that she had 2nd place. Then there will be confusion, where exactly six Mrs. years. The ticket salesman said that he only drives to the slope, even though we were already in the meadow. How can a ticket vendor be allowed to drive in the green? And for us to make the whole train rise for a longer period of time, without even offering the opportunity to sit anywhere else. As we also live in USA and it is only polite to speak American.
